Vibratory Hoppers provide high-capacity storage and controlled feeding of bulk components at a desired rate when required. Each hopper is custom-designed to suit the dimensions, volume and characteristics of your product and application. Commonly integrated with bowl feeders and elevators, they ensure a consistent, reliable supply of parts for your automation process.

Vibratory Trough Feeders are designed for the efficient transfer of high product volumes, with handling capacities ranging from a few kilograms up to 100 tonnes per hour. Their sealed-edge design makes them particularly suitable for transporting powders, granules, and grain-like materials with minimal product loss or contamination.

Trough feeders are available in lengths of up to 8 metres, widths of up to 1 metre, and depths to suit your required throughput. Multiple units can be used in series to increase transport distances, improve product separation, or integrate processes.

We design every system for your application and can manufacture it for demanding environments, including wash-down and abrasive applications. Options such as textured steel surfaces, specialist coatings, and custom hole grids for product separation or grading can also be incorporated.

Systems can be powered electromagnetically or pneumatically for use within ATEX environments.
